Theralon — Explained
Theralon, explained.
Why the systems an operation runs on record what happened but cannot say what happens next, how Theralon reads them as one model and reasons forward, and what people ask first.
Records vs understanding
Operational software records what happened. Theralon understands what’s happening.
Theralon models an operation as one system and reasons forward through it. It identifies the failure before it occurs — the part that will not arrive, the asset approaching its limit, the site about to be overrun — traces everything it will reach, and determines the intervention that matters now. Every recommendation is accountable to its evidence.
Who it’s for
Organisations whose assets, materials and movements depend on one another — and the operations, supply chain, maintenance, planning and risk teams who keep them running.
Every recommendation carries its evidence, its predicted impact and how confident the model is.
For decades, operational software has focused on recording — transactions, sensor readings, maintenance logs, production output. Dashboards show. Reports measure. Alerts fire only after a threshold has already been crossed. By the time most organisations know a problem exists, the chance to prevent it has passed.
ERP· SCADA· WMS· CMMS· TMS· MES — each performs its own function exceptionally well.
None of them understands the operation as a whole. So decisions stay fragmented across departments, and organisations react when they should be anticipating.
Records answer: “What happened?”
01What is happening — right now, across every system.
History alone doesn’t improve operations.
02Why it’s happening, and which signals point to it.
Visibility is no longer the challenge.
03What’s likely to happen next — and what to do now.
Do you have…
Six questions for the operation you run today.
A way to know a load will miss before it misses, and which customers it hits?
Terra
Sees the failure forming and traces every load, appointment and customer it reaches.
One answer when the TMS, the WMS and a customer's EDI disagree?
The Principia
Reconciles the records into one view, with the source of each.
A way to tell that forty open exceptions are really nine problems?
Vigil
Consolidates the signals into the few exposures that matter.
An answer to “why is this late, and who else does it affect?” in seconds?
Scio
Answers from the operation itself, figures traced, next actions prepared for approval.
An answer to “what happens if this carrier fails for a week?” before it happens?
Scenarios
Runs the scenario across the whole operation.
A record of what you decided, why, and whether it worked?
Operational memory
Keeps the full chain and feeds it into the next decision.

One operation, one understanding
Every operation is more connected than its software suggests.
A delayed shipment affects manufacturing. Manufacturing affects inventory. Inventory affects delivery. Equipment reliability affects capacity. Existing software understands each of these events on its own. Theralon understands the relationships between them.
Builds one operational model fromERP· EAM· MES· WMS· TMS· CMMS· SCADA· Industrial IoT· EDI interchanges· operational databases· cloud data platforms· streaming infrastructure· APIs· live telemetry — without replacing any of them.
A carrier arriving a little later every week on one lane.
A small vibration increase on a compressor.
A delayed inbound shipment.
An unexpected weather event.
A rise in warehouse congestion.
A drop in production throughput.
Viewed alone, each is insignificant. Viewed together, they often describe an emerging problem — and Theralon reads them together, updating in real time, so risks are identified while they’re still preventable and resources can be reallocated before performance deteriorates. The objective isn’t simply to predict disruption. It’s to prevent it.

The future of operations
Every major operation will eventually run on an intelligence layer. The only question is which platform they trust to be it.
The next generation of operational software won't be defined by better dashboards, faster reports, or more alerts. It will understand operations as they happen, anticipate disruption before it occurs, and coordinate decisions across the whole operation.
Theralon is being built to answer that — not by replacing the systems you depend on, but by giving them the intelligence they were never designed to possess.
Because recording operations is no longer enough. The future belongs to those who understand them.
The Principia gives Theralon a world model. The reasoning loop gives that world model intelligence. Operational memory makes that intelligence compound.
Questions
What people ask about Theralon.
What is Theralon?
Theralon is an intelligence layer that sits above the operational systems a business already runs. Rather than recording what happened, it models the operation as one system and reasons forward through it: it identifies risk while it is still preventable, traces everything a disruption will reach, and recommends the intervention that matters, with the evidence behind every recommendation.
Who is Theralon for?
Organisations whose assets, materials and movements depend on one another, and the operations, supply chain, maintenance, planning and risk teams who keep them running. It applies across critical logistics, the industrial base, fleets and maintenance, ports and maritime, freight and logistics, manufacturing, energy and infrastructure, and distribution.
What software does Theralon make?
Three products, all running on the same live model of the operation. Terra is the operating system for physical operations: it models every asset, site, shipment and supplier as one system, identifies failures before they occur and recommends the intervention that matters. Vigil is the operating system for operational risk and assurance: it consolidates signals into the few exposures that matter, shows the evidence behind every figure and keeps a tamper-evident record of every decision. Scio is how people ask the operation and act on the answer: every figure is checked against the data before it is shown, reports are built for any dates, and nothing changes until a person approves it.
Does Theralon replace our ERP, WMS or SCADA system?
No. Theralon builds one operational model from the systems already in place — ERP, EAM, MES, WMS, TMS, CMMS, SCADA, industrial IoT, EDI interchanges, operational databases, cloud data platforms, streaming infrastructure, APIs and live telemetry — without replacing any of them.
How is Theralon different from supply chain visibility platforms?
Visibility platforms connect carriers, sensors and systems so a team can see where shipments and assets are. That tells a team, sooner, that something has gone wrong. It does not tell them what it means, what it will reach or what to do about it. Theralon treats visibility as the input, not the product: it models the operation as one system, projects how a change will propagate, consolidates exposure into the few concentrations that matter, and recommends the intervention, with its evidence and a stated confidence.
What is the Principia?
The Principia is the living graph underneath the platform — a graph of the operation rather than a database of it. Every carrier, hub, facility, shipment and asset is an object, and every relationship between them carries its own attributes, source and history.
Which intelligence domains does Theralon cover?
Six: Forecast Intelligence, Asset Intelligence, Network Intelligence, Risk Intelligence, Trajectory Intelligence and Integrity Intelligence. Each strengthens the others, and every model contributes to a more complete picture of how the operation behaves.
How does Theralon explain its recommendations?
Every operational issue Theralon raises arrives with what is happening and why, the signals behind it, the predicted impact and a stated confidence level, alongside a versioned model card — so the question “why should I trust this number” has a concrete answer.
How is Theralon adopted?
In three stages — Visibility, Prediction and Autonomy — collapsing the distance between detection and action, with human oversight and governance staying in place for exactly as long as they need to.
What does Theralon cost?
There's no cost while we work with you, for the foreseeable future. You see what the software does on your own operation before it costs you anything. When it has shown its value there, we agree terms with you, sized to what you run, and nothing becomes a contract until you agree to it. It is not a trial, a pilot or a beta, and there is no published price.
What does it cost once the software has shown its value?
Terms are agreed only after you have seen what the software does on your own operation. They are sized to what you run: how much of the operation the software covers, the volume and the number of sites, not the size of Theralon. You start with the product that fits the problem in front of you and add the rest when it has earned it. Nothing becomes a paid contract until you agree to it. The same software runs owner-led operations and large ones alike.
Is Theralon only for large enterprises?
No. Theralon builds around the operation in front of it, at whatever size it is: from owner-led brokers, carriers, fleets and 3PLs to large, multi-site operations. It costs nothing while we work together.
How do we start with Theralon?
Show us where the operation breaks down. We build around your data, your systems and how you actually operate, show you what the software sees on your own operation, and you compare it with what you run today. Get in touch at https://theralon.co/contact/ or [email protected].
How is access and data isolation governed?
Every change is recorded the same way, so the history is complete and tamper-evident wherever you look. Access is scoped to each person, every organisation’s model is held in isolation, and every figure traces back to the model version and the data behind it.
