Every decision routed through a person checking a dashboard is a decision moving slower than it has to.
Theralon is built on the position that operations should move faster than they currently do, and that the software running them is the binding constraint. That doesn't mean removing oversight — it means collapsing the distance between detection and action, until a human is approving a decision rather than assembling one from scratch.

What “earned” means
Well evidenced, reversible and properly authorised.
An action is only executed automatically when it is well evidenced, reversible and properly authorised. A highly confident prediction is not enough on its own, and these are never weighted into a single score that a strong result elsewhere can outvote.
Autonomy is the execution consequence of trusted reasoning, not a separate agent layer bolted onto the side — and what gets executed flows straight back into operational memory, where the outcome sharpens the reasoning that recommended it.
Where it stands today
Today, automation in Theralon proposes and a person decides. Every proposal waits in Decisions until someone approves, changes or rejects it, and each approval and its outcome is kept in Decision memory. That record is how confidence is earned. Each approved action is then measured against what it was meant to change, so authority grows only where the record shows it has worked.
