This website is operated by Theralon. “We”, “us” and “our” mean Theralon; “you” means anyone using the site.

We may amend these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when the current version took effect, and continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the amended terms. Check back if it matters to you.

The site is provided free of charge. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, or the whole of it, without notice and without liability to you.

You may read this site, print or save pages from it, and quote from it with attribution, for your own use or your organisation’s internal use.

We deliberately welcome search engines and AI answer engines: our robots.txt permits them, and /llms.txt exists specifically to be read by them. Indexing this site and citing it with attribution is fine and intended. What is not fine is presenting our material as your own, or presenting something as ours when it is not.

You must not:

• Remove or obscure any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notice.
• Republish or redistribute material from this site as though it originated elsewhere, or frame or mirror it in a way that misrepresents its origin or its association with us.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the servers behind it, or any connected system; probe or test its security without our written permission; or introduce malicious code.
• Place a load on the site intended to disrupt it or to interfere with anyone else’s use of it, or submit the contact form other than to make a genuine enquiry.

We may restrict or withdraw access if you breach this section.

We own or are licensed to use everything on this site: the text, the layout and design, the code, the graphics, and the underlying concepts as expressed here. Those rights are protected by copyright and, where registered or otherwise protectable, by trade mark law. Nothing in these terms transfers any of them to you.

The Theralon name and mark are ours. Do not use them as your own, or in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

Any other product or system names mentioned on the site — and any generic category names used to describe them — belong to their respective owners, and are referred to only for description.

Parts of this site show worked examples, sample readouts, figures, confidence levels and network views that are marked, or plainly presented, as illustrative. They exist to show the shape of what the platform produces. They are not real customer data, not benchmarks, and not a guarantee or projection of the results anyone will obtain. Actual results depend entirely on the data, systems and operating conditions of the organisation involved.

The site also describes capabilities in terms of what the platform is designed and being built to do. Statements of that kind are forward-looking. They reflect our intentions at the time of writing and are not commitments that any particular capability will be available at any particular time, or at all. Only a signed written agreement creates commitments of that sort.

The content of this site is provided for general information. It is not professional advice of any kind — operational, engineering, safety, financial, or legal — and it is not tailored to your circumstances.

By submitting an enquiry you agree that we may contact you about it, using the details you provided. How we handle those details is set out in our privacy policy.

Where this site links out, those links are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content, their availability, or how they handle your information. Follow them at your own discretion, and read their own terms and privacy policies.

You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw that permission at any time.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or otherwise.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available is free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own devices and protective software.

If you are a consumer, these terms do not affect your statutory rights, and this site is provided for domestic and private use only; we accept no liability for loss arising from commercial use of it.

Our privacy policy explains what personal information we collect through this site, why, who processes it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. It forms part of your use of the site and should be read alongside these terms.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation — including any non-contractual dispute or claim arising out of them — are governed by the laws of the country in which Theralon is established, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer, nothing here deprives you of the protection of any mandatory provision of the law of the country in which you live, and you keep the right to bring proceedings there.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest continues in force and the offending provision applies to the extent it lawfully can.

If we delay in enforcing a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of it, and it does not stop us enforcing it later.

These terms are the entire agreement between us in respect of your use of this website. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce them.
